Your 1st Step to Obtain China License :
Overseas suppliers wishing to apply a China License, please fill in the "New Registration Form" "Renewal Registration Form" in English and then fax it to (852) 2871 0708 or Email us. Our License Division Staff will contact you for further procedures.

Sample :
= For liquid item - Each lot 500 ml, total 3 lots
= For meal item - Each lot 500 gram, total 3 lots

Charges by PRC Government:
= Registration Fee : RMB 8,300/per Item
= Inspection Fee : RMB 8,300/per Item


Remarks :
= All documents must be in English and with Chinese translation
= Licence validity - 5 years
= Expired Licence must be renewed within 6 months
= No registration products are not allowed to do Any commercial on Newspaper, TV,Magazine etc.
= Under the normal circumstance, it takes about 2 - 3 months to complete the registration.
= Some brand new products in Chinese market may be requested to do "Experiment" in China territory.
